Better process development, planning and chemical-pharmaceutical production plants

Bayer Technology Services GmbH (BTS) recently celebrated the opening of its first Regional Office in India.

The company is therefore continuing to expand its presence in the rapidly-growing Asian markets. It came just a few weeks after the opening of the BTS Regional Office in Dubai, (UAE). It is important that customers can profit from a strong Asian network to be managed by the regional BTS Head Office in Shanghai,  PR China. The opening ceremony was held in the presence of Achim Noack, Managing Director of Bayer Technology Services GmbH, Dr. Armin Knors, Managing Director of Bayer Technology and Engineering (Shanghai) Co. Ltd, and Matthias Rauck, Head of BTS India.

Noack explained that the presence of a regional office in India will also enable Bayer to offer tailor-made services for customers in India's chemical-pharmaceutical industry. These services include each and every phase of an investment project, state-of-the-art technology solutions, plus optimising methods and tools, for example to improve energy efficiency or the supply chain.

The Bayer Technology and Engineering (Shanghai) Company Ltd., with branches in Shanghai and now India, was founded as a subsidiary of Bayer Technology Services GmbH specifically to serve the growing number of companies in the Asia-Pacific region.
