Together with the Centre for Higher Education Development (CHE) and the Germany's leading weekly newspaper DIE ZEIT, the DAAD offers the English version of the university ranking, the most comprehensive and detailed ranking in Germany. Since 1998, a total of 286 universities have been included in the ranking, with more than 250,000 students and around 31,000 professors taking part.
Wissenschaft weltoffen is a data report on the international nature of studies and research in Germany. The report contains, not least, statistics on foreign academics and scientists in Germany and on German academics and scientists abroad. Wissenschaft weltoffen will be updated annually.
